Rockoco Studios sells premium sunglasses designed and manufactured in Italy.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However:

• Measurements may vary slightly due to hand craftsmanship

• Product availability may change without notice

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are listed in the selected currency. Prices may include applicable taxes depending on the shipping destination. Shipping fees, duties, and taxes may be calculated at checkout where applicable. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Rockoco Studios does not store or process credit card information directly. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

6. Shipping Policy

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our atelier in Italy, where Rockoco Studios eyewear is manufactured.

Courier

We ship worldwide using DHL Express, an international courier service.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Europe: 1-3 business days

• GCC Countries: 1–3 business days

• United States: 2–4 business days

• Rest of World: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or courier delays.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Rockoco Studios has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused

• The item must be in original condition

• Original packaging must be included

• All accessories must be returned

Items that show signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

Include:

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Photos if applicable

Our customer service team will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Rockoco Studios is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be requested for another model or color subject to product availability. Customers must contact customer support to initiate an exchange.

8. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect. Rockoco Studios reserves the right to refuse refunds if return conditions are not met.

9. Warranty

Rockoco Studios sunglasses are covered by a 12-months limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Examples of covered issues include:

• Structural defects in the frame

• Manufacturing faults in hinges

• Material defects under normal use

The warranty does not cover:

• Scratched lenses

• Accidental damage

• Improper use

• Normal wear and tear

• Lost or stolen items

10. Product Care

To maintain the quality and longevity of your sunglasses:

• Store them in the protective case when not in use

• Clean lenses with the microfiber cloth provided

• Avoid exposure to extreme heat

• Avoid chemical or abrasive cleaners

Improper care may void the warranty.

11. Product Compliance & Safety

Rockoco Studios sunglasses comply with applicable international safety standards for non-prescription eyewear including:

• EU Regulation (EU) 2016/425

• UK PPE Regulations (UKCA)

• ANSI Z80.3 standards

• FDA requirements for non-prescription sunglasses

All lenses provide 100% UV400 protection against UVA and UVB radiation. These sunglasses are intended for general sun protection and are not suitable for direct solar observation or night driving.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on rockoco-studios.com, including but not limited to:

• logos

• designs

• product names

• text

• images

• graphics

is the intellectual property of Rockoco Studios.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

13. Privacy

Your submission of personal information through the website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting customer data and processing personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

14. Limitation of Liability

Rockoco Studios shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
